Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By requesting access to or using the InventoryPro platform you agree to the terms set out in this document. If you do not agree you should not submit a request for access and should not use the platform.

2. Access and approval

InventoryPro operates on a controlled onboarding model. Access is granted only after a platform administrator has reviewed and approved the submitted request. Submitting a request does not create an account or confer any right of access until the approval and activation process is complete.

3. Account responsibility

Once a workspace is activated, the designated owner is responsible for the accuracy of business information, the management of user accounts within the workspace, and the lawful use of the platform by those users.

4. Subscription, cancellation, and refunds

Access is governed by a subscription window agreed with your business before activation. Workspaces in good standing remain fully operational for the duration of that window.

Cancel anytime. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our team at the email address below. There is no lock in period and no cancellation penalty. Your workspace will remain accessible until the end of the current period unless you request an earlier close.

14 day refund. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund of amounts paid within fourteen days of your subscription start date. Refund requests are processed to the original payment method. This policy applies to first time activation of a workspace.

Workspaces in an expired or suspended state lose operational access until a platform administrator reactivates them. Data retention after expiry follows the policy described in the platform documentation.

5. Acceptable use

Use of the platform is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy, which prohibits unlawful activity, attempts to subvert the access controls, and use of the platform in ways that threaten the integrity or availability of the service for other customers.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to the designated owner contact of each active workspace. Continued use of the platform after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
