Acceptable Use Policy

1. General standard

InventoryPro is a business operations platform used by real businesses to run real operations. All use of the platform must be lawful, truthful, and consistent with the purpose for which access was granted.

2. Prohibited activity

• Using the platform to store or process data that you are not legally entitled to store or process.
• Attempting to subvert the access controls or the role based permission system.
• Attempting to access another customer workspace or the data belonging to another customer.
• Uploading content that is unlawful, misleading, defamatory, or infringing.
• Using the platform to facilitate fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Running automated traffic, load tests, or scans against the platform without prior written permission.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of the platform.

3. Consequences of misuse

Workspaces found to be in breach of this policy may be suspended or terminated without notice. Serious breaches may be reported to the relevant authorities. Data in suspended or terminated workspaces is handled according to the data retention policy.

4. Reporting misuse

If you become aware of a breach of this policy, whether inside your own workspace or through another channel, please report it to efedee@gmail.com. Reports are treated confidentially and investigated promptly.
