Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

When a business submits a request for access we collect the company name, the contact person name, the contact email address, the contact phone number, the business type, the expected number of users, and the country of operation. After activation the platform stores the operational data entered by workspace users, including products, suppliers, customers, inventory movements, and transactions.

2. How we use it

Request information is used solely to evaluate and approve the access request, to contact the business during the approval process, and to configure the initial workspace. Operational data is used to provide the platform functions the business has subscribed to and to generate the reports visible inside the workspace. We do not sell personal data.

3. Where it is stored

Data is stored in a managed database hosted by our infrastructure provider with encryption in transit and at rest. Backups are retained under the schedule described in the platform documentation. Each workspace is logically isolated from every other workspace.

4. Who can see it

Inside a customer workspace only users with accounts in that workspace can see that workspace data. Platform administrators can access workspace data for support and onboarding purposes only, and such access is logged.

5. How long we keep it

Active workspaces retain data for as long as the subscription is active. Expired workspaces retain data for a defined retention window to allow reactivation. After the retention window the workspace is archived and the data is kept in cold storage subject to the retention policy described in the platform documentation.

6. Your rights

If you are a data subject whose personal data is held by the platform you may request a copy of your data, correction of inaccurate data, or deletion of data that is no longer needed for the purposes described above. To exercise any of these rights please contact us at the email address below.
